  4pm-8pm      Jiu Jitsu every day a 4 hour window to work on subs, sweeps, takedowns, and more!

 

Weight Section and Lifting Coaches are now available from 12pm-9pm daily!

MMA Coach​​​

*Kickboxing Monday, Muay Thai Tuesday, and Boxing Wednesday with Coach Tricia

 

Boxing and Jiu Jitsu Coach

*Jiu Jitsu is every day from 4pm-8pm Monday-Friday with Coach Steven.

Learn a variety Grappling techniques from Judo, Greco, Freestyle wresting, and how they fit under the Jiu Jitsu umbrella.

Kickboxing Coach

*Come in to work on Footwork and Targeting with Coach Cameron Thursday and Friday 5-9pm

Coach Cam also teaches a Stretching and Flexibility class geared for combat sports athletes and sports recovery every Sunday @ 12pm
